• Third-Party Brand Relationship: Authorized Reseller Status: We are an Authorized Reseller of genuine replacement parts for leading industry brands, including Balboa, Waterway, Gecko, Applied Computer Controls, and Hydrquip, in agreement with major hot tub wholesale suppliers.

These generic replacement parts are sourced from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), providing equivalent functionality to the original components.

We also offer additional replacement spa components that are independently engineered and represented to provide performance comparable to or exceeding the original parts' specifications.

The listed parts are some of the possible available replacements, but not all.

  While other major components like control systems often come from third parties (e.g., Balboa equipment is used in many of their Platinum Spas models), the jets are custom-designed and branded under Superior Wellness's own product lines, such as "Superior Wellness" and "Platinum Spas".
