Balboa Water Group (BWG) is a global supplier of control systems, jets, pumps, white goods, and accessories for spas and hot tubs. They have been dedicated to innovative design and development for over two decades. 

As for the Pentair brand jets, it appears that Balboa Water Group and Pentair have a relationship where replacement hot tub jets and jet parts are available. This includes jets from Balboa, Pentair, and American Products. So, it seems that Balboa Water Group is now manufacturing the previously Pentair-branded jets.
