  1. Adding Items: Add all the items you might want to your cart. You can adjust quantities or remove items later.

  2. Weight Limit: If your order weighs more than 70lb, "Continental USA ", you’ll need to split it into orders of less than 35lb each. This is because they’ll be shipped separately.

  3. Reviewing Your Cart: After adding all your items, navigate to your cart to view them and their quantities.

  4. Checkout: When you’re ready, proceed to checkout. If the checkout page takes a while to load, right-click your mouse and select 'Refresh' from the menu.

  5. Payment: We accept US orders using Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. To avoid errors, we don’t take phone orders. PayPal securely processes all payments, but you don’t need a PayPal account. The charge will appear as Quality Spa Parts on your bill.

  6. Shipping: Please provide your exact billing address and phone number. We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS within the US to the card owner’s verified address. Your card will be billed upon order submission. We ship from TN, AZ, or CA based on your location and stock availability.

  7. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation. However, this doesn’t guarantee acceptance; we may decline any order. Buyers are responsible for order accuracy. We reserve the right to change site conditions at any time.

  8. Shipping Time: Most orders placed before 1:00 PM ship the same day if in stock. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays. For the Continental US, Standard Ground FedEx or UPS takes 2-3 Business Days.

  9. International Orders: Sales are final. We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. If we agree to deliver to a US EXPORT provider of your choice, any fees and issues are between you and the provider.

  10. Out-of-Stock Products: We’ll inform you of any out-of-stock products in your order. You can cancel at any time before confirmation, unless it’s a special order item.

Remember, by ordering, you agree to our terms. Confirmed orders can’t be customer-canceled. Multiple-item orders under 35lbs may ship separately. We only ship to the card owner’s address and aren’t responsible for transit times. If your card has been charged for a canceled order, we’ll issue a refund to the account used.

  • Third-Party Brand Relationship: Authorized Reseller Status: We are an Authorized Reseller of genuine replacement parts for leading industry brands, including Balboa, Waterway, Gecko, Applied Computer Controls, and Hydrquip, in agreement with major hot tub wholesale suppliers.
  • Proprietary Parts: These are custom-designed parts, often with unique connectors or integrated components (like a sensor within a heater), made only for a specific brand. Which are not offered on this site.
  • Generic/Aftermarket: These are non-branded, functional equivalents that might not be the exact OEM part but are designed to fit and work in common applications.
