Before I called you, I had called another company at least three times but could not get
anyone to answer.

Then I tried hot tub parts and you responded within minutes. The other company had the part about $4ea cheaper but because of your outstanding customer service, I wanted to do business with you.

You were patient with my lack of knowledge and did not try to sell me anything or get me off the phone.
