Called in November and Max telling me all about a replacement E-PACK ..... Well it failed in less than 48 hrs of installing . The manufacture techs explain that its a faulty low speed relay ( I get it , things happen ) But yet Max tells me I need to send it to the manufacture , NOT HIM . I am in Mass and manufacture is in California ( I will have to pay another expense to ship ) so in the dead of New England winter I must now winterize the tub while I wait 2 weeks for the Great little E-Pack to return . I questioned Max why it states under the TERMS AND CONDITIONS section of website that Quality Spa Parts WILL HONOR MANUFACTURE WARRANTIES and he just continued to talk in circles . Its just a some bullshit paragraph to pump sales ...... They will do nothing for you if you have a problem WITH A BRAND NEW PACK !!!!!! BEWARE

All warranties state that a defective item will be repaired or replaced if the failure of equipment but not caused by the installation or other events.
To do this it must be returned for this to be determined. This is what was requested and will be done.
I will note that the equipment was ordered on 11/16/2020. Shipped 11/17/2020 and received 11/23/2020.
Why did it take until 1/21/2021 to say it went out 48 hrs after installation??

Saying that when you have Sent the box with heater ONLY back and have sent us proof of shipment. We will authorize the shipment of a new BOX with a heater only to speed up this process for you.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Exceptional customer support. I ordered a heater controller for my hot tub. I ordered it wrong for my needs, they talked me through moving wires and programming.it works great, very easy to install.
