The final responsibility for the correctness of order is the buyers.

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Quality Spa Parts signs them or not.
We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Shipping Policy:

We ONLY ship to the Buyer's Physical address. 
Verified by matching Buyer, Billing, Shipping and Card information prior to shipping.
Orders to other than the Billing address will be refused.

$6.95 Flat Rate is only the lower 48 states.  
Alaska, Hawaii, etc. and international would be more.
If Item is returned under Free Shipping or Flat Rate.
OUR actual cost of shipping will be subtracted from return balance due.
We do not refund shipping.

Shipping Time -
Most orders received before 2:00 PM (PST) / 5:00 PM EST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock.
Most orders received after 2:00 PM (PST) will ship the next business day.
Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Standard Ground USPS Priority - 2-5 Business Days 
UPS/Fed-Ex 2nd Day (TBD) - 2-3 Business Days 
UPS/Fed-Ex Next Day (TBD) - 1-2 Business Days 

We reserve the right to ship USPS, UPS, or FedEx allowing us to meet order shipping requirements.

Any FREE SHIPPING offer applies only to the ground shipping method chosen by Quality Spa Parts at the time of sale.
 Any request for other methods of shipping will result in extra charges to the customer.
 FREE SHIPPING applies only to orders within the Contiguous US.  
Extra shipping charges apply to Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska.

We are not responsible for service transit time.
Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
INTERNATIONAL import fees, duties, tax, etc are NOT included and must be paid by the customer.
( If Item is returned, our shipping costs are subtracted )

Out-of-Stock Products 

There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order.
We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Parts Request  

Part Requests and any assistance is offered as a courtesy to our customers.  
The purchaser takes full responsibility for determining the parts they will purchase, parts compatibility issues and for any and all installation fees including those resulting from incompatibility issues.  
Quality Spa Parts will make every reasonable effort to assist the purchaser to make the compatibility decision but the full and final responsibility belongs to the purchaser.
DO NOT send us a sample.
We would prefer that you send us photos of the parts in groups if you want.

Warranty & Returns

Statement Of Warranty

Quality Spa Parts will honor the original manufacturer's warranty on the products it sells.
We assume no liability for any injury, loss or damage resulting from the improper use of or malfunction of an item we sell.

Our liability is limited specifically to the replacement of defective parts as provided by the manufacturer's warranty.
We will examine the merchandise you send to our facility for warranty as per the requirements of the manufacturer.
We will look at such things as date of original sale, product date codes, chemical or physical damage, and evidence of unreasonable use.
Parts with physical damage are not considered warrantable.
If you receive damaged goods, please notify our customer service department immediately.
Do not use or install physically damaged parts, as they will not be returnable.

The final determination as to if the product is warrantable will be made by the manufacturer.
All warrantable items will be credited to your account or replaced.
In some cases, the replacement item will be a repaired and reconditioned unit.
Items determined not to be warrantable will be returned to you.

Since you are interested in the return policy.
We recommend that you send us the part information before ordering.so we can help you.


We do not want you ordering the wrong part either.
We can not guarantee this or the parts will fix the problem but at least help you get the right parts.

Return Policy

Items that are returned to Quality Spa Parts fall into three general categories:
    A product that has failed in the field,
    The product that was ordered incorrectly by the customer,
    The product that was sold or shipped incorrectly by us.

Although we all strive to perform at the highest level possible, we know that mistakes will sometimes be made.
All we ask of you is to EMAIL ( qsprma@gmail.com ) us for an RMA number when there is a need to ship the product back to us.
The RMA we issue helps us prepare for the arrival of the product so when it gets here we can deal with it quickly and efficiently.
We do require that you send the product to us within 30 days after we issue the RMA.
Product sent to us on an RMA number older than 30 days will not be accepted.
Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition and a copy of the original invoice should be included.

In the rare instance that Quality Spa Parts makes a shipping error, we will gladly remedy the mistake at our expense.
The product that you no longer need or product that you ordered incorrectly will be subject to restocking charge.
Under no circumstances will special order products be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturer defect.
If this proves to be a problem for you, please discuss it with one of our sales professionals.

Packaging Your RMA Goods For Return - There are several things you can do to ensure the safe passage of your returned goods and minimize the chances of damage.

  • Use original product boxes and bags when available.
  • Please pack your return well, including sufficient packing material to protect your return from damage.
  • If you use peanuts or similar material, please bag the return items to prevent intrusion of peanuts into the product. Great examples are control systems, pumps and wet ends, heater assemblies, and so on.
  • Please note that if your returned product arrives in a damaged condition due to improper packaging, you will be held liable for the cost of the product as well as any expense to either repair or return the product to you.
  • Make sure you indicate on the shipping label that this is a return and make sure your RMA number is legibly placed on the outside of the box near the shipping label.
  • Failure to do this will result in a substantial delay in the processing of your return!
  • Don't forget to ensure your return when shipping it if the value is over $100.00.
  • Failure to do this will expose you to the cost of the product if the shipment is lost or misdirected by the carrier.


Exchanges /Returns

All returns must be authorized with an RMA. 
Email qsprma@gmail.com for information on obtaining an RMA and where to return.

DO NOT just send it back.
It will be refused and returned to you.

RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days and will not be honored after 30 days.  
All restocking and cancellation fees will be applied before any applicable credit is considered.
All returns require order number of the original invoice, documentation regarding the reason for the return and an RMA number on the outside of the package.
Credits may take up to 1-2 weeks to process, due to the evaluation process.

Items must not be damaged and in working order ( in NEW condition ).
 In the case of electronic items, many are non-returnable by the customer.
If Item ordered wrong the cost of return and cost of reshipping will be customers.
If a control pack is ordered wrong and it cannot be reconfigured by the customer there will be a $100.00 charge plus return shipping.

We will gladly accept the Exchange of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for exchange 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Exchanges / Returns must be done within 30 days of receipt.
    ALL Exchanges are considered and charged as RETURNS.
    All Exchanges and Returns are charged fees.
Fees are to cover Credit Card sale and refund processing fees. Internal costs of receiving, inspection, testing, processing, sorting, repackaging if needed, restocking and labeling.
By placing the order you have agreed to Terms and Conditions.
Returns require an RMA.
Returns sent without RMA will be refused or charged a 35% return fee.

If a NON-electrical Return is accepted a 15% restocking fee will apply.
If an Electrical Return is accepted a 25% restocking fee will apply.
    ANY Returns After 30 Days a 30% fee will apply IF Accepted.
    ANY Returns After 60 Days a 50% fee will apply IF Accepted.
IF a Circuit Board is accepted a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
If the item is found to be used, damaged or otherwise not resellable as new. It will be returned.

Under no circumstances will any Special Order, Special Sale or Custom Sale product be accepted for a return or exchange.
* On Package Deal Sale orders. You received a reduced price for buying a specified quantity of an item.
If part of that order is returned or exchanged you will lose the quantity discount and ONLY the remainder will be credited.

All product Warranties and Warranty work are covered by the manufacturer. 

Returnable / Exchangeable Items.

Jets and Plumbing parts if resellable. IN or OUT of clear packaging.
Cartridge Filters must be fully wrapped in original clear plastic.
ANY Electrical items must be in original packaging. Uninstalled and not Damaged.

ANY Parts identified in product ID with NRO (NON-Returnable Order) and Due to the nature of the following products.
All sales are final on the following installed items: heaters and any electrical items (example: circuit boards, spa controls, contactors, switches, transformers, pumps, and motors) cannot be returned for an exchange or store credit.

When you receive your package(s) please inspect the contents and notify us immediately of any damage during shipment.
You may contact us at qualityspaparts@gmail.com  - please include the invoice number and any pictures (if possible) of the damaged merchandise.

We DO NOT refund any shipping charges.
In Case of Free Shipping, the cost of shipping will be charged refund on all returns.

Refund Method

We refund the BUYER listed in the order.
When received, inspected and refund authorized.  1-10 days after receipt.
Depends on item and inspection and testing required.

Typographical Errors

In the event, a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers.
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Prices and Specifications subject to change without notice. 

We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged for any reason.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, We shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price or send a check to you.

We do not knowingly offer exclusive parts of any spa manufacturer.
Our goal is only the offer universal spa replacement parts that work the same or better than the branded version. 

Most will be from the same part manufacture and the same part but generic.
If we are informed or discover that a part is exclusive at any time. We will remove it from our site and cancel any open orders.
