Please note that the availability of our products and their respective pricing are subject to fluctuations and may alter over time. For the most accurate product information, we recommend referring to the manufacturer’s product descriptions provided on our website.
Be advised that once your order has been confirmed and integrated into our shipping system, it is irrevocable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Payment Methods:

All payments will be securely processed through PayPal. For customers located within the United States, a PayPal account is not required. However, for orders originating from outside the United States, possession of a PayPal account is mandatory. The verification process for your PayPal account and the associated card will be conducted via email and bank link confirmations.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. The transaction will appear on your billing statement under the name ‘Quality Spa Parts’. Please note that sales tax is only applicable for purchases made within Indiana, USA.

It is imperative that you provide an accurate address and phone number, identical to the information your credit card bank has on file. Please be aware that we only ship to the address registered to the credit card owner.

Please be advised that any discrepancies in the provided information may result in processing delays or potential cancellation of your order. Be aware that your credit card will be charged at the moment the order is placed. It is crucial to ensure the accuracy of all information to facilitate a smooth transaction process.

Multiple Product Orders:
In the event that your order comprises multiple items, they may be dispatched separately to the same destination. Rest assured, there will be no supplementary shipping or handling charges incurred.

Order Acceptance Policy:

Please note that the receipt of an electronic or any other form of order confirmation from us does not constitute our acceptance of your order, nor does it affirm our offer to sell. Quality Spa Parts reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason post receipt.

The onus of ensuring the accuracy of the order ultimately lies with the buyer.

Other Conditions:

Any terms and/or conditions stipulated with any purchase order will be overridden by these Conditions. We retain the right to amend this site and these Conditions at any given time, without prior notification.

Shipping Policy: 

Upon the readiness of your order for shipment, a tracking number will be issued and communicated to you. It is important to clarify that the issuance of a tracking number signifies the initiation of the shipping process, not the completion thereof.

We strictly adhere to a policy of shipping solely to the verified address of the credit card holder. Any orders directed to addresses divergent from the verified address of the purchaser will be unequivocally declined. In the event that an order is dispatched to an incorrect address due to an error on the part of the customer during the ordering process, and the order is neither returned nor delivered, we will not be obligated to issue a refund.

Shipping Time: Orders that are received prior to 2:00 PM will typically be shipped on the same day, contingent upon the ordered product being in stock. We do not undertake the shipment of orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. We disclaim responsibility for service transit time. Transit times, which are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends, weather, and holidays, and may fluctuate based on package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Estimated Transit Times for Continental USA:Standard Ground FedEx or UPS: 2-5 Business days UPS/FedEx 2nd Day: 2-3 Business Days UPS/FedEx Next Day: 1-2 Business Days.
International Orders: All orders originating from Canada and other international locations are deemed final and are non-returnable. We undertake shipments to the USA/Canada via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We reserve the right to select the carrier based on the specific requirements of the order.

In the event that you opt to utilize a Continental USA EXPORT forward service provider, your order will be deemed DELIVERED once it arrives at the USA EXPORT provider’s location. Any additional fees and shipping charges will be negotiated and borne by you. Any issues pertaining to shipping, delivery, or claims will be addressed between you and the Export provider.

Out-of-Stock Products:

There may be occasions when the product you have ordered is not in stock, which could result in a delay in the fulfillment of your order. We will keep you apprised of any out-of-stock products that you have ordered and which are not available for immediate shipment. You retain the option to cancel your order at any point prior to its shipment unless it’s a special order item (Non-Returnable Order or NRO). In the event that we ascertain that an item has been discontinued subsequent to an order being placed, but a replacement item is available, we reserve the right to substitute the discontinued item with its current replacement to fulfill the order. Once an order has been accepted and is in our system for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

A special order is characterized as any merchandise that is not readily available in our inventory and necessitates procurement from an external source to satisfy your order. Please note that such items are exempt from our return policy.

Owing to the limited availability of certain parts in the industry, we may substitute equivalent but differently manufactured parts (like wet ends, motors, switches, etc.) to fulfill orders. We endeavor to fulfill all orders, even if it necessitates sourcing from outside if we’re out of stock or unable to ship within a reasonable timeframe. If we’re unable to do so, we will refund and cancel the order.

Part ID Request: 

We extend the service of part identification request assistance as a courtesy. The onus of determining the requisite parts for purchase, addressing any compatibility issues, and bearing all costs associated with installation, inclusive of those emanating from compatibility issues, rests entirely with the buyer.

We kindly request that you abstain from forwarding physical samples of parts to us. We are unable to assume responsibility for them, irrespective of their value, and they will not be returned. Instead, we would greatly appreciate if you could provide us with photographs of the parts, ideally grouped together.

Kindly be advised that special orders necessitate a lead time of 2-10 business days prior to shipping. Special orders are non-returnable and are not subject to cancellation subsequent to the placement of the order.

Warranty 

Warranty Declaration

The warranty provided by the original manufacturer on the products we vend is recognized by the manufacturer, exclusively for the initial owner. We disclaim any liability for any injury, loss, or damage ensuing from the incorrect use or malfunction of an item we vend. Our liability is expressly confined to the replacement of defective parts as stipulated by the manufacturer’s warranty.

All warranties mandate that a defective item will be repaired or replaced if the equipment failure is not instigated by installation or other events. The item you return will be scrutinized for warranty eligibility based on the manufacturer’s criteria. This encompasses factors such as the date of original sale, product date codes, evidence of chemical or physical damage, and indications of unreasonable use.

This examination is undertaken by the manufacturer and may necessitate 2 to 6 weeks for a decision. Parts with physical damage are not deemed eligible for warranty. If you receive damaged goods, please promptly notify our customer service department. Refrain from using or installing physically damaged parts, as they will not be returnable.

The ultimate decision on whether a product qualifies for warranty will be rendered by the manufacturer. All items adjudged warrantable will either be credited to your account or replaced. In certain instances, the replacement item may be a repaired and reconditioned unit. Items determined not to be warrantable will be returned to you.

RETURNS

The principal stipulation is that the merchandise must be in a condition suitable for resale, uninstalled, undamaged, and in a state akin to its original condition to be deemed acceptable for return.

In accordance with our return policy, all returns necessitate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To procure an RMA and the corresponding return instructions, please direct your communication to ProSpaParts@gmail.com. Any items returned without an RMA will be denied and returned at your expense. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt. Please include your Order#, the items being returned, the quantity, and the reason for return.
Returns lacking an RMA number or those dispatched to any location other than the one specified in the RMA will be rejected.

Please note that special orders are not eligible for return. In the event of an erroneous order, the cost of return and reshipping will be borne by you. If a control pack is incorrectly ordered and cannot be reconfigured by you, a charge of $100.00 plus return shipping will be levied.

For Canada/International Orders: If you are a non-USA buyer, please note that all sales are final. Any costs associated with customs, taxes, fees, etc., are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or delivery charges on the order.

We accept exchanges for products that are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. We also accept exchanges for incorrect products shipped to you due to our error within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Requests for exchanges/returns must be made within 15 days of receipt. All exchanges are treated and charged as returns. Returns incur fees to cover credit card sales and refund processing fees, as well as internal costs such as receiving, inspection, testing, processing, sorting, repackaging (if needed), restocking, and labeling.

Returns without an RMA number or sent to our office in Indiana will not be accepted. If a non-electrical return is accepted, a 15% restocking fee will apply. We do not refund shipping costs. If accepted, electrical parts returned will incur a $25.00 tech check fee or 25%, whichever is greater.

Returns after 15 days may incur a 30% fee if accepted. Returns after 30 days may incur a 50% fee if accepted. If a circuit board return is accepted, a 50% restocking fee will apply but it’s normally non-returnable.

No special order, special sale, or custom sale product will be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances.

For package deal sale orders where you received a reduced price for buying a specified quantity of an item, if part of that order is returned or exchanged you will lose the quantity discount and only the remainder will be credited.

Refund Method:

Reimbursements are dispensed to the buyer identified in the transaction.
The refund procedure is initiated upon our receipt of the returned merchandise, followed by an inspection, and the subsequent authorization of the refund.
Depending on the nature of the item and the necessary inspection and testing procedures, this process may take between 2-10 business days following receipt of the item.
Please note that refunds are not provided for international orders or for orders that are lost or delayed, unless they are returned by the shipping company.


Typographical Errors:

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or erroneous pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Please be aware that prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

We further reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders, irrespective of whether the order has been confirmed, for any reason at our discretion. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is subsequently canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account.

We do not intentionally offer exclusive parts from any specific spa manufacturer. Our objective is to offer universal spa replacement parts that perform equivalently or superior to the branded version. The majority of these will be generic versions from the same part manufacturer. If we are informed or discover that a part is exclusive at any point, we will promptly remove it from our site and cancel any open orders.
