Returns and Exchanges

Return and Exchanges Require an RMA.
Any order return, questions or disputes must be done by email.
    This way we can consider your position on the issue and respond.
    Provide order number, a clear statement of facts and desired result.
    It will be reviewed and facts researched.
We will then respond by Email with an answer and possible options if any.
Though we do offer phone, text and email assistance.
Final responsibility for the correctness of order is the buyers.

DO NOT send it to our sales office.
DO NOT just send it back.
It will be refused and returned to you.
Parts with Part ID ending with NRO are NO Return Orders.
All merchandise MUST be in resellable condition.
Subject to Terms and Conditions.

Exchanges / Returns must be done within 30 days of receipt.

Returnable / Exchangeable Items.

Jets and Plumbing parts if resellable. IN or OUT of clear packaging.
Cartridge Filters must be fully wrapped in original clear plastic.
ANY Electrical items must be in original packaging. Uninstalled and not Damaged.


Non-EXCHANGEABLE /STORE CREDIT OR RETURNABLE items:
ANY Parts identified in product ID with NRO (NON-Returnable Order) and Due to the nature of the following products. 
All sales are final on the following installed items: heaters and any electrical items (example: circuit boards, spa controls, contactors, switches, transformers, pumps, and motors) cannot be returned for an exchange, return or store credit.

When you receive your package(s) please inspect the contents and notify us immediately of any damage during shipment.

We DO NOT refund any shipping charges.

 We do not accept responsibility for the outcome of any repair. 
Equipment packs, Pumps, etc. are sent as ordered by customer.
If the order is wrong because of the way it was ordered.
Full responsibility and all costs in correcting the problem is the buyers.
