We will inspect and repair your Smart Touch Control Pack by repairing or replacing the circuit board and other items related to its working issue.
This will not include a whole new pack ( unless under warranty )
The pack is shipped at CUSTOMER expense but will be shipped back as part of the repair cost. ( inside the Continental USA )
If it is UNREPAIRABLE the repair fee will be applied to NEW pack less an inspection fee of $65.00.... Plus Shipping of OLD pack back to customer if requested..............
You do not have to send the TOPSIDE controler. Just send the Box and heater unit.
We do NOT take responsablity for damage in shipment from or return to customer of the equipment.
