We make every effort to bring you a pleasant and successful purchase experience. If you are not pleased with your purchase you may return it for a refund. Following are QSP's Return Policy guidelines:
Exchanges are not charged fees. Only difference and shipping. ( IF in resellable condition )
* Returned Items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
* QSP can not accept returns of electrical items.
* QSP can not accept returns of items that show signs of wear, installation, or use.
* Refunds can not be given for specially made items.
* Shipping charges are not refunded.
* All returns must be done within 30 days from date of purchase.
* Items returned to QSP which are deemed un-returnable,( Not in Resellable Condition ) will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
* Certain restrictions apply. Extra fees may apply for testing and evaluation to determine whether an item may be returned.

Please inspect your merchandise before accepting your order from the delivery service. Do not accept it if it is damaged.
Simple Procedure.
1. Discrepencies reported within 5 days of receipt
2. RMA request within 14 days of receipt. The return authorization number should be placed on outside of the box. A copy of the original invoice should be included.
3. Items returned in resellable condition within 30 days
4. We receive and inspect items. Issue repair, exchange, refund or store credit based on Terms and Conditions.
Any FREE Shipping item returned will have the outbound freight charge deducted from the total return.
QUALITY SPA PARTS assumes no liability for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the improper use of or malfunction of an item we sell. Our liability is limited specifically to the replacement of defective parts as provided by the manufacturer's warranty. Defective merchandise sent to our facility will be examined by us for warranty as per the requirements of the manufacturer. We will look at such things as date of original sale, product date codes, chemical or physical damage, and evidence of unreasonable use. Parts with physical damage are not considered warrantable. If you receive damaged goods, please notify our returns department immediately. Do not use or install physically damaged parts as they will not be returnable. All warrantable items will be replaced or credited to your account.
