We make every effort to bring you a pleasant and successful purchase experience.
If you are not pleased with your purchase you may return it for a EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT for 30 days.
Refunds only whitin 14 Days of order shipped date. (MUST be in reseellable condition )
Following are QSP's Policy guidelines:
NON electrical Exchanges are not charged fees. Only difference and shipping. (IF in resellable condition)
Otherwise a 25% restocking applies. ( IF in resellable condition )
* ELECTRICAL CREDITS/ return Items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. ( IF in resellable condition )
* QSP can accept EXCHANGE of electrical items IF UNOPENED and not INSTALLED with 10% fee. ( IF in resellable condition )
* QSP wil not accept items that show signs of wear, installation, or use.
* EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDITS can not be given for specially made items.
* Shipping charges are not refunded.
( Charge based on amount charged on invoice OR actual incurred shipping charge if higher )
* All EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDITS must be done within 30 days from date of purchase.
* Items returned to QSP which are deemed un-returnable,( Not in Resellable Condition ) will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
* Extra fees may apply for testing and evaluation to determine whether an item may be returned.
IF ITEMS ARE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT AFTER 30 DAYS THEY ARE SUBJECT TO A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
Fees are to cover internal costs of receiving, checking, processing, sorting, repackaging if needed, restocking and labeling.
Please inspect your merchandise before accepting your order from the delivery service. Do not accept it if it is damaged.
We reserve the right to refuse any order exchange / store credit or return from any customer at anytime.
Non-EXCHANGEABLE /STORE CREDIT OR RETURNABLE items: Due to the nature of the following products, all sales are final on the following items: heaters and any electrical items (example: circuit boards, spa controls, contactors, switches, transformers, pumps and motors) cannot be returned for a exchange or store credit.
These items come with manufacturer warranties which will still apply and can be returned for warranty only.
Under no circumstances will any Special Order, Special Sale or Garage Sale product be accepted for a return.

Simple Guide of our warranty.
The parts have a repair or replacement warranty for equipment failure ( not do to damage, obuse,water,improper installation, chemical damage or acts of god). Some parts like seals, heater elements, pressure switches, jets and other plumbing parts are not under warranty.
No labor, Removal or reinstallation or loss resulting from the part failure are covered.
Warrantied items return to customer shipping would normally be covered.
QUALITY SPA PARTS assumes no liability for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the improper use of or malfunction of an item we sell. Our liability is limited specifically to the replacement of defective parts as provided by the manufacturer's warranty. Defective merchandise sent to our facility will be examined by us for warranty as per the requirements of the manufacturer. We will look at such things as date of original sale, product date codes, chemical or physical damage, and evidence of unreasonable use. Parts with physical damage are not considered warrantable. If you receive damaged goods, please notify our returns department immediately. Do not use or install physically damaged parts as they will not be returnable. All warrantable items will be repaired / replaced or credited to your account.
